A new life ahead!

I've made the jump to go back to school to get my B.A. in Business Management. It was a tough decision to make because of how difficult its going to be. I've started a new job since I've last posted. I'm now a production supervisor at Peterson Spring Company. I began my career here as a shipping clerk. Worked my way up within the first 2 years to where I am now. I've got alot of bright ideas, some go against the norm. Only because the norm has been using the old ways which haven't evolved or changed with the times. I'm going to be in the position soon that people will have to listen to me. I am not like most people, I'm a real manager with the personability and kindness that makes people want to work for me. I don't like to manage by fear, I don't like to micro manage. With my degree I plan to be the ultimate employee that can be so versatile that I can do anything. I'm more determined to do this than ever, obviously I'm on to something here or I wouldnt have made my way up at my current company so quickly. Wish me luck, I'm going to need all the help I can get.

Well Well

I've moved on to another job that I am doing well with. I sell auto parts, something I know a little bit about. Certainly not the kind of money I like but I'm lucky to have a job right now. I do enjoy the people I see and work with and I don't dread going to work everyday.

Unemployment

Went to file for unemployment a few days ago. It was a long line, filled with truck drivers from union places. It's getting bad when truck drivers are getting laid off to. Something has got to change. The future of this country is up in the air.
